I&#8217;m sure you&#8217;ve heard of them. Thing is, these guys didn&#8217;t make much of a saison. So it was only in their spirit that the Founders Farmhouse Ale was born.<\/p>\n<p>It had the funk I was looking for and a little of the sour; we&#8217;ll have to add an extra squeeze next time. Mouth-feel was again a bit dry\/watery and slightly below the style range (1.004 vice 1.006) however it wasn&#8217;t as off the mark as the IPA.
