The third liquid off the production line here in the Commonwealth, Novemberfest missed the mark on the release date to be called an Oktoberfest. Not exactly true to its origins (wasn’t born in the spring and cellared all summer), it still goes down as smoothly as it should and if I had a crowd of friends, I’m sure they’d sit in a tent and drink it.

Final stats on this were 11 SRM, 27 IBU, and 4.7% ABV so we’ll call it a session ale and charge the hipsters extra.
